  82. The installation procedure for thsi program is quite simple.  The
  83. package includes a program, "INSTALL.EXE", which automates the
  84. entire process.

  86. The exact steps you need to take will depend on how you received
  87. the program.

  90. INSTALLING FROM DISKETTES
  91.  
  92. To install from diskette(s), you need to perform the following steps.
  93.  
  94.    o  Place the distribution diskette in the appropriate diskette drive.
  95.  
  96.    o  Execute the "INSTALL.EXE" program on the distribution diskette.
  97.       For example, if the distribution diskette is on drive A:, type
  98.       the MS-DOS command, "a:install".

  100.    o  Follow the instructions presented by the installation program.
  101.       You will have a chance to approve installation before any changes
  102.       are actually made to the contents of your hard drive.  The
  103.       program will ask you for a destination directory, and will copy
  104.       the program files to that directory.  If you received the program
  105.       on two diskettes, you will need to insert Disk 2 in the diskette
  106.       drive when asked to do so.  If you so direct it, the installation
  107.       program will install executable programs and documentation in
  108.       other directories of your choice.  It will make no other changes;
  109.       specifically, it will not modify your autoexec.bat or config.sys
  110.       files.

  113. INSTALLING FROM A HARD DRIVE

  115. If you downloaded the program from a BBS or received it in the form of
  116. archive files from some other source, you will need to perform the
  117. following steps.

  119.    o  Extract the contents of the archive file(s) in a temporary
  120.       directory on your hard drive.  The procedure for doing this
  121.       varies, depending on the form in which you received the package.
  122.       In all likelihood, the fact that you are reading this text means
  123.       that you already have the necessary tools and knowledge to
  124.       perform this step.  If not, you should be able to obtain
  125.       directions for this from the same source from which you received
  126.       the package.
